About Fernando Noor

Fernando Noor is an award-winning actor, writer, producer, and bilingual voice-over artist originally from Tijuana, Mexico.

Fernando can be seen and heard on national Spanish language TV trying to sell you McDonald’s, Redd’s Strawberry Ale, Liberty Mutual, and Hondas. 


Fernando wrote, produced and starred in his first feature film, "The Grover Complex", which was accepted into 16 film festivals earning “Best Comedy”, “Best of Festival”, and “Best Actor” awards, as well as a “Filmmaker to Watch” award for Fernando. The film received distribution on iTunes and Verizon Fios.



Fernando’s work in features, web-series, and short films have been part of over 40 film festivals. You can see Fernando in the feature film “Killing Hasselhoff” with David Hasselhoff and Ken Jeong. You can also see him in the online series "Imaginary Girlfriend" starring Disney's "Liv and Maddie" actress Emmy Buckner; the upcoming original series "Fantasy Calls" starring cult actor Brian Thompson, and as the lead in the horror dark comedy "At the End of the Tunnel".​
